When I run the 12mb WC "patch", it says "The version on your PC is outdated and cannot be patched. Please download and install a full client." And I'm using regular Windows XP SP3.

I guess I can try reinstalling KO. Other than the KSC files from screenshots, my KO installation is pretty standard (except it's on a H:\ drive instead of C:, since H: is a faster HDD).
